The new hires bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the organisation. Further strengthening its ability to empower energy suppliers and brokers to grow their businesses and create a transparent, connected journey. 

The following individuals have joined POWWR:

Colin Gault – Head of Product

• Gault has spent over 15 years working in the energy sector. In his most recent role, Gault ran Digital Innovation for Scottish Power, where he was responsible for evangelising innovative technology and developing agile ways of working. Although he started out in more technical roles as a consultant and analyst, his passion for innovation, collaboration and problem solving has led to him spending the last decade in product roles.
• Gault joins POWWR to lead the Product Management team where he will be establishing more strategic, consistent, and value-driven processes. By providing a clearer overview of the energy market, Gault will work with his team to ensure POWWR’s solutions are user-centric and benefits driven.

Clair Staines – Head of People and Talent

• Staines has been in the HR field for over 20 years, most recently working for a fintech company where her skills were used to transform a disengaged workforce into a motivated and successful organisation. To further bolster Staines’s accolades, she has recently achieved Chartered Fellow status with the Institute of Personnel and Development.
• Staines joins POWWR to continue to build upon the heart of the business – it’s people. She strives to ensure that every employee is cared for, is valued, has a voice, and can be their authentic self at work. Along with the rest of the leadership team, Staines will evangelise career progression within the business and ensure that every individual can shine at work.
